Better and restful sleep! As a typical Type A personality, insomnia was a persistent challenge that affected my immune system. I realised the issue and changed my morning dose to the evening, which resolved the problem. I began to sleep well, and the drowsiness vanished. It's best to take Vitamin B complexes in the evening.
